Super Admin Controls Admin Only

Super Admins have full control over the system, including user management and system-wide configurations.

User Management

  • View All Users: Access the full list of registered users via the 'User Management' tab.
  • Edit User Roles: Promote users to Staff or Admin roles to grant them additional privileges.
  • Reset Passwords: Manually reset user passwords if they are locked out.
  • Delete Users: Remove users from the system permanently (use with caution).

System Configuration

  • Manage Categories: Add, edit, or remove categories for knowledge base articles.
  • Data Export: Export system logs, enquiry stats, and knowledge base data for backup or analysis.

Staff & Knowledge Management Staff & Admin

Staff members are responsible for maintaining the chatbot's intelligence and handling student enquiries.

Knowledge Base Management

  • Add New Articles: Create new Q&A pairs to train the AI.
  • Import Data: Bulk import questions and answers via CSV files.
  • Update Existing Content: Edit answers to keep information up-to-date (e.g., changes in fees or dates).

Handling Enquiries

  • Missed Questions: Review questions the bot couldn't answer and add them to the knowledge base.
  • Official Enquiries: View and respond to formal enquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • Update Status: Mark enquiries as 'Resolved' or 'In Progress' to track workflow.

General Features

Common features available to dashboard users.

  • Dashboard Overview: View quick stats on system usage and recent activities.
  • Analytics: (If enabled) View charts and graphs representing visitor traffic and query trends.
  • Profile Management: Update your own profile details and change your password.
